Winter only means one thing for me - with every gloomy day that passes, we’re one day closer to spring. And thinking about spring always makes me want to shop:)
So here’s a question for you - have you ever purchased a piece from eShakti? No? You definitely need to read this post and check them out! Yes? You definitely need to read this post and check them out (again)!
Before you head off to eShakti however to find your brand-new-whatever, I think I should caution you - all of eShakti pieces can be customized just for your specific taste! As awesome as that is, it actually can be a little overwhelming, especially if you can’t see “what could be.”
How to Shop for Casual Dresses for Women at eShakti
Usually when we’re shopping for something specific, we have an idea of what we want in our head. Maybe it’s the silhouette or style. Maybe it’s the fabric or color. Maybe it’s a combination of all of those things, or maybe not - sometimes we’re just hit smack-dab-in-the-middle-of-the-face with THE perfect something, even though it’s not exactly what we’re looking for.
Now, I’m not saying you can’t go into a shopping excursion at eShakti without an idea in your head of what you’re looking for, but you will have to change how you shop for that piece.
Step One: Find a Pattern/Color you Like
Yep, instead of looking at how long the dress they’re showing is, the sleeve length or even the neckline (for all of you, “eww, I would never wear a turtleneck” people out there), instead peruse the site based solely on the patterns or colors that stand out to you.
That’s totally backwards as to how most of us typically shop, but I guarantee you if you don’t look at pieces from eShakti like that, you’ll miss out on something amazing.
Step Two: Create the Silhouette You Love
This is the fun part - you get to completely create a piece you will L-O-V-E LOVE! Case in point, the dress below is actually the same dress. The eShakti thumbnail shows the dress on the left - one I would doubtfully in a million years ever purchase. But the one on the right??? Well hello there gorgeous, my closet has been waiting for you!!
I think this jumpsuit would be cute, regardless of how you styled it. Amazing how different you can make two pieces look though, right?
Dresses and jumpsuits have the largest range of changes available to make at eShakti - numerous necklines, sleeve length and overall length options, oh, and pockets (all dresses are available with or without pockets), but even their tops, pants, coats and jackets can be changed to better suit your taste. Pretty sweet, right!
Another great feature from eShakti is their size range. Whether you are shopping for casual dresses for petites or plus size dresses for special occasions, eShakti has a size range inclusive to most.
While you can opt for their standard sizes, for no additional cost, you can have them create your garment personalized to your measurements! Small through the waist but got that J. Lo booty? Your garments can still fit! Tiny chest and extra long legs? All good with eShakti. Nice, right?
A few other things to remember….1) Pricing. I think for sure their prices are incredibly reasonable considering all of the customizations offered. If you’re used to Target or Old Navy prices, these are more, but as I mentioned, for everything you’re getting, I actually am surprised pricing isn’t a bit higher. For dresses, excluding their sale pieces, I would say pricing averages between $75 and $125. 2) Shipping Time. It takes longer - this ain’t Amazon ladies. Instead of 1000’s of people wearing the exact same thing as you, you’re getting something 100% unique to both your style and body shape.
Judging by a little research I did, thousands of you monthly are searching for eShakti reviews. Take it for what it’s worth, but, I think they’re pretty amazing.
