Typically overlooked, the finishing touches to anything are often times the most special. The lemon slice draped from a cup of ice tea. The cute earrings you put on before you walk out the door. The welcome mat you carefully select each season to greet friends and visitors.

The BEST Mascara for Longer, Fuller Lashes
For the past, well, forever years, I’ve been a mascara hopper. I wanted to love whatever product I was using, but the truth was, they all seemed the same and never lived up to whatever hype they promised.
However, two years ago, I was introduced to Beyond Mascara and suddenly, I stopped hopping. This. Was. It. My lashes suddenly had the impact I was looking for, longer and thicker, without some of the negatives I just thought went with mascara - clumps and/or lashes that stuck together.
Smudge-resistant and using an ultra-black pigment, it’s also formulated with lash-nourishing ingredients such as Linden Bud Extract (for volume), Biotin and Keratin.
For Plumper Lips: City Lips Lip Gloss
After my mascara is set, my 2nd go-to is to add a City Lips product. Depending on what I’m doing or where I’m going, I use any of their three options: Clear, Shimmer or Opaque.
Giving my lips a healthy, full look, City Lips products work for long-term effects too. With Hyaluronic Acid Spheres for DEEP hydration and moisturizers such as Jojoba Oil and Ylang Ylang Flower Oil, I never have that my-lips-are-about-to-crack feeling sometimes caused by other lip products.
The Clear option is a go-to to wear alone on my minimal make-up days, but also works great over other products. I love their Shimmer colors for any casual or athleisure looks - this fall I’m currently donning Plum Springs with just about everything (including some of my dressier days). Finally, City Liips Opaque colors are GORGEOUS whenever I get dressed up. Sidenote: for the Opaque options, I like to dot on with the included wand, but distribute the color with my lip brush.
